"The Fright of the Iguana"
By: Linda O. Johnston

This book is the fifth in a series about a lawyer who also pet sits and keeps getting involved with various crimes. I read it because I actually enjoyed the first book in the series - Sit, Stay, Slay - , though I haven’t read any of the other ones in this series. I found this book deeply disappointing compared to the first book.

The mystery was uninteresting and the main character spent far too much time being angsty over which of two men she should be in a relationship with. It was bland more than anything else. It’s also a very quick read, too quick for something mindless you’d take on holiday too.
