"The Twelve Clues of Christmas"
By: Rhys Bowen

I really enjoyed this book and it was an easy, light, quick read. The ending and killers were a touch obvious and it would have been nice if it had been explained how the killer accomplished more of the murders as most of them were created to look like accidents and only one near the end was shown how they did it, but that doesn’t take away from the book.

It was well written and the characters are interesting, and I enjoyed reading the whole book without losing interest in any of it. Just don’t go in to this book expecting a deep, thought provoking crime novel. I do like good historical crime novel and this is a good light hearted one, though the fact that it’s set in the 1930s isn’t as obvious as the historical setting is in other series.
