"The Murder of Mary Russell"
By: Laurie R. King

I didn't enjoy this book as I found that the story the author has created for Mrs Hudson incredibly boring and as this story takes over the bulk of this book it does make it incredibly hard to read. It is made worse by the fact that the actual main characters in this series – Sherlock Holmes and Mary Russell - are both barley in this book. It get better and a more readable once Holmes does turn up, but the bulk of the story, particularly in the start, is boring enough to be in the unreadable category.

I don't recommend this book and if you've never read any of her Mary Russell books do not start with this book as it's an awful example of her work.
