"Figures of Fear"
By: Graham Masterton

This is a collection of horror based short stories. It wasn’t too bad; it was mostly readable but was around the two and a half stars to three and a half stars level as none of the short stories really stood out to me. I do think it would appeal a lot more to people who are fans of his other books; as despite being a big horror fan I’ve never really been able to get into his books to the same level other do.

While I would fully expect to not like some of the stories in a collection, my biggest problem is that they did seem to be mostly forgettable and I’m trouble remembering what happened in any of them despite having finished the book a few days ago without looking them up. None of the stories stood out as being particularly good or above average.
