"Devonport in Focus"
This is a tiny collection of photos housed on the second floor of the building that of this writing has the temporary library on the ground - it used to have the council run Information Centre on the ground and I assume once the new library has been built the Information Centre will move back here - with a sign saying that is a museum and offices up the stairs on the second floor.
I'm assuming this is "the museum", but most of it is a set of photos about the history in Devonport in the first room which aren't that interesting. The photos in the first room are poor quality in that they've been printed out on a computer printer and are now fading badly. The main focus is on the small second room which is related to the wall memorial and statue of a solider next to the old library, with decent quality photos of the men from Devonport who died in the two world wars and a tiny section for the Boer War.
